Application Window Now Open for 2024 NGWA University Franklin Electric Scholarships

Franklin Electric, along with the National Groundwater Association (NGWA) and Oklahoma State University, has announced that they are now accepting applications for the 2024 NGWA University Franklin Electric Scholarship program. These scholarships are awarded each year to five emerging professionals working in the groundwater industry, offering important ongoing education through NGWA University’s comprehensive Drilling Basics Course. This year’s application window runs through September 1, 2024 and winners will be announced at NGWA’s Groundwater Week held December 10 to 12 in Las Vegas.

The Franklin Electric scholarships aim to provide access to foundational groundwater courses, such as Groundwater 101, General Workplace Safety, Drill Rig Safety, Geology and Groundwater, Hydrogeology and Fluid Mechanics, and Rig Types and Well Design. The online training program, powered by Oklahoma State University, is specifically designed to enhance the safety and skills of drilling industry members.
